2007 Careers Expo
On the 23rd and 24th of August the 2007 Southland Secondary Schools Careers Expo was held at Stadium Southland. Southern Group Training had a presence at the event and coordinated the Trades Team which hosted a variety of Try a Trade activities.
The prize for the fastest time to assemble the pepper grinder went to Brendon Frew of Central Southland College.
Also on display were three of the Southland Grass Karts entries in the inaugural 2007 Otago Southland Secondary School Grass Kart Challenge.
