Fitting and Machining.

Maintenance and Diagnostics Engineers, of which Fitting is a part, are involved in the mechanical skills of designing, building and maintaining the machinery and equipment that is used in all industries which are vital to the manufacturing sector of New Zealand's economy.

Welding

Welding is a skill and procedure used in the engineering field, in the manufacture and repair of a wide range of products, including: containers, structures and pressure vessels. The metals most commonly welded are steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
